Talleres Metalúrgicos Chile S.A., TALMET, is a company created in 1951 and it specializes in fabrication of valves and foundry of supplies or spare parts made of different castings and alloys like Grey and Ductile Iron to ASTM, BSI, JIS, DIN standards and particular alloys. TALMET has Induction Furnace, spectrometer and a complete Laboratory. It has two Plants located in the city of Santiago, Chile. Within an area of 15.400 m2 (comprise both yards and buildings) it serves the request of castings and Valves fabrication, fitting and parts, to customers from different areas: waterworks, construction, irrigation, mining, industry, etc. It has an Engineering Department whose main purpose is the improvement of our products, development of new products and technical support to clients. Its Sales Department unites specialized personnel that are present throughout the country. The environment concern us. Talmet S.A. has several equipment to control and maintain emissions below regulations.
